ADP Card Holder Services ADP Total Pay Card ADP Closed my account and forwarded all of my funds to the department of treasury Roseland, New Jersey
ADP recently switched from a Green pay card to a blue one. They were supposed to send me my new blue card so that i could activate it and begin using it. That being said the blue card never came and i forgot about it until my card got declined and i called to find out that my account was cancled with a $300 balance still on it and they stated that i needed to use the blue card. When i explained that i never recieved the blue card, they informed me that they would reactivate my card and that i could use it until the balance was 0 and then i would need to start using the blue card they sent me. Yesterday i was again still using my green card (as the blue card had not come yet) and i was declined again. This time when i called they said that my account was closed and could not be reopened but when i get the blue card i would be able to transfer the funds ($400) to my blue card. Luckily my blue card was in the mail when i got home so i activated it and called to transfer my funds so that i could use them. When i called i was to that since the account was closed, the funds were sent to the department of treasury and that i would need to go through the process (which will take about a month) to claim the money and then they will send me a check. When i explained that they had removed all of the money i had and that i was previously told something else they just kept telling me that i would need to go through the process to claim the funds. Then what seemed fishy was, when i asked the supervisor ant the ADP card holder services who exactly i was talking to (since they are a third party for ADP) she refused to tell me saying "ADP Card Holder Services should be sufficient" and she would not reveal the name of her company which administer ADP Card Holder Services. This has been the worst of many issues i have had with ADP. CONSUMERS BE WARNED ADP IS AN UNORGANIZED THIRD PARTY DRIVEN, LEFT HAND DOESNT KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAD IS DOING COMPANY. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PAYCHECK DO NOT USE ADP TOTAL PAYCARD!!!
