These clever cons took me for -$440.00 04/02/2012! They will promise you the world and won't deliver. Not ever 24 hours I got a call from scammers Mike wanting an additional $5,000.00! They make the pot look sweet with this email they send you https://docs.google.com/document/d/1sfhELSt4bivSkx8W5SUwNmrT8WPSo3NhwICgrlBeBrM/edit

Not even 24 hours later you get a call from clever con Mike

wanting 5,000 for supposedly awesome upgrades. After I talked to Zack he gave me all the upgrades but 1) 2) 3) 4) and 6).  They try to feed you a bunch of crap about how they are not making money on the upgrades but how they want dedicated sellers, blah blah blah. Seriously if they were concerned about that and not lining their wallets then they would include everything to help their affiliates not sucker them into paying more money.

Read how nice they are and you decide if you want to deal with these clowns!

Hi,
I would like to give your company the opportunity to refund the money that I feel was deceitfully acquired. When I signed up with an account rep he never disclosed the that I would be charged extra for upgrades to my site. For instance to upgrade my site to include 80k products, a sitemap, international shipping, your sales department wants an additional. $2,500! Seriously...

Not to mention my site is routinely down and has very slow load times. I can prove how slow my site loads as well as all the downtime. Another lie I was told by sales was that I would be notified of any downtime. Just recently you had a 12 hour+ meltdown
no emails or anything went to us customers. No joke I have a site on a cheap hosting plan with Ipage.com that has much better uptime then my site hosted on your servers.

The final straw is when I mentioned a flaw on the way my site renders with a certain template they told me they would notify programming. No ETA of it being fixed, NOTHING! Was told it is not a high priority to them so basically o'well. :(

To save us both alot of headaches I would humbly like to request a refund for the 450.00  that was initially charged to my credit card! My old CC was a temp one and has since expired so please refund my money ASAP to this CC# 4736 9102 0860 1321 and the CV code on the back is 113. I hope this does not cause any harsh feelings but I was mislead on multiple occasions and as such should be entitled to a full refund. Thank You

We're sorry, but that is not possible. As per your signed documents, all fees are non-refundable. The best we can do for you is to submit a request  to let you out of honoring your signed one year contract agreement. Also per your signed documents, "3.5 Availability of Subscription Web Site - Subscriber recognizes that the traffic of data through the Internet may cause delays during the download of information from the Subscription Web Site and shall not hold Web Site Owner liable for delays that are
ordinary in the course of Internet use. Subscriber recognizes that the  Subscription Site shall not be available on a continual twenty-four hour basis due to such delays and due to delays caused by Web Site Owner's  upgrading, modification, or standard maintenance of the Web Site Owner  Subscription Web Site." Again, the best we can do for you is to submit a request to let you out of being required to honor your signed one year  contract agreement. Please advise, thank you.

Have a great day!

Apr 30 (8 days ago)to A.I.S. Okay...looks
I am going to file a chargeback...file a ripoff report on head over to  complaintsboard...the attorney general and BBB. Enjoy you 450 because in the end it will cost you allot more!

A.I.S. Customer Service Apr 30 (8 days ago)to me, thepcguru79 We gave you the option to be released from your contract agreement which you  have obviously chosen to not accept. Therefore, we will hold you to your signed one year contract agreement which could be sent to collections  if not paid. We can not have people sign documents agreeing to have  services performed, have us fulfill services, then just be refunded for  services already rendered. We have dealt with disgruntled store owners  such as this from time to time in the last 6 to 7 years, and if we were doing anything wrong, we would have been shut down by the government long ago. We are not doing anything wrong and we do in fact provide services. We are not concerned about charge backs, as we have
signed documents and proof that we in fact have provided services.
Non-legitimate complaint boards (where even teenagers could post on them) do not worry us much either. When the AG sees the signed documents and the proof we are able to provide that we do in fact provide services, those complaints are closed out fairly quickly. And it's the same with the BBB. We can and will provide your signed documents to anyone at any time regarding this matter, as well as your disgruntled correspondence showing how we gave you options and you blatantly denied them, which will close the matter quickly. All you would really be doing is creating more frustration for yourself. However, this is not something under our control. We hoped (and still do hope) we could have come to a civil closing to this matter, but you have made it apparent
you do not desire such a thing.

If you want to hit me up with a collection agency so be it....I have enough screen shots of you downtime...unreasonably slow website load  times

Enjoy ripping me off for 450  because it will cost you allot more. FYI I decided to file a chargeback  contact the Attorney General, BBB and every other consumer agency. O FYI thanks for the following email attempting to blackmail me I will be sure to share it with everyone.  Sorry guys I can't sleep at night know your screwing innocent victims with your bait n switch tactics. Have a great day! Sorry for having a moral compass ;)

O FYI I sent all your blackmail emails to the charge back department figured it was save you some effort. Have a good day scammers! Later on they will be going to the BBB, AG, and every Ripoff site I can find...so give you collection agency a call for me. TY
