 After installing my Adt from the 2nd day I was having issues. Tech came out didn't get it resolved. So I called again and they were sending someone else out still same issue can't use in home but could use remote. The 3rd tech I came but was late and I wasn't home. So I stop making payment after 20 bypasses the did and still issue. So on the 7th month they cancelled for non payment and sent to Collections so I called. ADT and was like how so and why was still being billed for services wasn't working and she was like you sign a contract and we have to charge $1500.00 plus remaing payments you didn't pay I was like even when my service wasn't working properly I was paying. So I looked on line and it said about service issues and cancelled within6 months so I called than they said it was cancelled on the 7th month by us so you still have to pay even though you had issues you didn't have the 3rd tech come out so either way it's nothing you can. I'm so mad right now so buyer's beware they are a rip off. And back in 2006 I had the same issue but trying to give them another chance and right back with non sense. Never again.
