Advance America ripoff Fraudulant Retrieval Of Funds Waterford Michigan
Advance America told me that that I was to pay them in cash, and that they would hold the check for me, and that I was to pay them cash, and the check would be given back to me. I paid Renita the employee that serviced me $116 cash, and she was cheesing away as though the money was hers.
When I got home, and checked my account I found out that they did submitt the check to the bank the same day that I took out cash. Then someone took the check and put it through the system until it came up NSF even though it had been paid a couple of times!
Also their still saying that I owe them money even though Renita was paid $116 cash in front of the manager Johnnie. They faxed me a copy of the check from Spartanburg,SC!
Talking about fraud? I then put a stop payment on that check!
