Advanced Air Solutions-
Formerly of Freeland, now based in Standish.
Employees are Contractors, and to receive full time pay must do a minimum of 15 shows per week. But those 15 shows CANNOT be guaranteed, so even if an employees is willing and able to commit 8+ or even 10+ hours every day, they will not be paid if they did not do the 15 shows.
If you sign the contract-
You pay for your own gas. You receive $300 per two-week period *IF* you do the required 30 shows. Again, they will claim they have many shows but they will leave you waiting for 30+ minutes waiting for your next. Again, this time is unpaid.
A show must be a qualified show to be paid for it, meaning if you find your own contacts and do those shows, and do not get a sale, Advanced Air Solutions / Steve Bender can claim it was not valid and you receive no money for your time, gas, or effort.
You can be given a location to travel to far outside of the 30 minutes they claim during the training. I was sent to Remus, from Bay City. 71 Miles one way. When I presented it as an issue, after completing the shows given that day; I was plainly told I was a contracted employee and that I could turn it down. When I presented my issues with the number of shows per week, I was again told that I had signed the contract.
