Advanced Chimney All Pro Chimney F rating on BBB and changed the name, Patrick you can't hide Glendale Heights, Illinois
Patrick came to my home for a basic chimney sweep. He came with another guy that looked like he just crawled out of the gutter. I should have known better, but I try not to judge. They came to me with several problems that totaled over $1000. I accepted and wrote them a check. He said he had to pick up supplies and would return that day. I called him the next day and found out the number was bogus, so I did a little research. his company has an F rating with the BBB. They have a home address listed as the company address. Their name was changed and phone number had been changed, it used to be All Pro Chimney. I finally tracked him down and he promised to be back the following Wednesday, no show. He called and said he would be late by 2 hours, no show. Resheduled 4 more times and each time, a no show. Be careful who you hire out of the local rags, these guys are not certified, insured, or licensed as they claim. Worst of all, the things they sold me were only part of the problem, I actually needed to have a lining installed. They would have let me burn my house down.
