In response to what they wrote: I signed the paperwork and i was Told that i could cancel within three days ,The staff is rude they have many problems ,The day i went in i saw Patients complaining ,The staff laughs at the customers ,I never saw a business like this before ,I can tell that the Employee that responded to what i wrote about the business is really pissed off because they KNOW the business is a scam ,They don't care about the patients at all as long as they get paid .
All i want is my Money back that they stole FROM me .I never Recieved IMPLANTS FROM THEM ,If i call the next day i can definately get a refund ,Even when i spoke with care credit they told me i could cancel.BUT the DENTIST said the teeth were already made so ,,THE DENNTIST CHARGED ME 7,000 for NOTHING ,I DONT HAVE THE TEETH and now i have bad credit !! THANKS ADvanced DENTAL.PEOPLE PLEASE BEAWARE ,

In response to these allegations we believe that is unfair and inappropriate for our reputation to be tarnished from a patient in which whom is obviously upset at us. I am at no liberty to disclose any information regarding the patients history at this office but we can assure you that we are not scam artists and we do not take advantage of seniors. When a patient decides to begin a treatment there are forms and contracts that are signed and policies that we abide by. However, if no treatment is rendered there would be no reason for any bill to be issued. Right? You cant go to a department store and be charged for a shirt that you didn't agree to buy, right?
Or what if you buy a shirt on sale acknowledging that there is a no refund or no exchange policy. Would go home, change your mind and then decide you do not want the shirt?
Before anybody agrees to purchase any type of dental work we explain everything to them and the patient signs more than 5 separate documents explaining the cost of the procedures and our policies of refund. We do not charge and patient without beginning treatment.
The dentist has been practicing dentistry for 20 years at this location. Don't you think that we would have had more than just one complaint by now if we would have been scamming patients. Please do not allow this one complaint to ruin what your experience at this office can be.
