This company has poor service. Customer service tech is not convincing. No estimated date to complete what they list as backordered. It was never in stock as indicated when they took my pament. And we contacted by phone... told that they did not know when it would be available. Said they could guess? GUESS?? well that guess was MAYBE in two to three weeks. Maybe? I then canceled. And was told that MAYBE in two weeks I would have money refunded. In this day and time. That is crazy. The Rip off? May I speak with a supervisor, please you don't sound like a customer service rep? Hesitation.......... switched to a voicemail............. I have been RIPPED OFF.
