Rarely ever watch this tv and the lamp blew last week 10/23/13. Since they offer a 180day warranty, I figured this would be an easy exchange. I have called and emailed them multiple times each day for the last week and not even an acknowledgement that they have received my messages. When you call the 800 number, you will be put on hold for roughly 10min and then transferred to a voicemail system. I have even gone as far as to file a BBB complaint against this company and still haven't received a response. I decided to come on this site and sounds like everybody has had the exact same experience as me. This company is nothing but a scam
