advanced lamps 915po49010 Internet connecticut

ordered a lamp for my projection tv april 26, 2013.  in stock.  never got it and the number for customer service is just a recording that no one answers.  cannot get anyone to even call me back.  today is the 13th of may 2013, and no light or phone call.........this business should be shut down as a SCAM.....
