Hello, I was a AMI customer/patient and received this abrupt letter, with no contact information, about the closing of the Schaumburg office. I was given no indication about the closing they even scheduled me for my next appointment as if they were going to stay open. I received the buy one get one free procedure deal. I did not finish my first procedure and I had not even started my second one. I have no idea what to do or how to go about dealing with this situation. The offices of Advanced Medical Institute have agreed to resolve the pending issue and conduct the hair transplant services as originally committed. They have gone out of their way to resolve the issue with me. Unfortunately, this website does not allow me to retract the original report or I would have deleted completely. Thank you AMI for your prompt resolution of this issue.
