Advanced Restoration Services Ripoff company - did not perform services contracted Venice Florida
I saw an ad for Duct Cleaning through Advanced Restorations for $49.95. The rep, Matt, arrived on 12/29/15 and instantly told me that he needed to "fog" the entire home. Instantly the price was $2999.95 and I told him I wasn't prepared to pay that so he "negotiated" with his office to $1499.95.
I told him that was still too expensive but he pressured me that this was an absolute necessity to have done.
I was told I had to leave my home for an hour so I did and parked on the corner to see how long he would be in the house. He told me it would take him 15 to 20 minutes to fog the entire house. Within 1 to 2 minutes he was out of the house and drove right past me. I am 73 years of age and feel he took advantage of me because of my age.
This company needs to complete the services contracted for and not rip off senior citizens. Beware of this company - they are professional rip off artists.
