I received a letter dated May 22, 2009 regarding my account with Advanta. They informed me as of May 30, 2009 all Advanta Business Credit Card accounts, including mine, would be closed due to no funding from the independent trust which owns the balances we owe on our account and provides funding for new transactions. Advanta said they expect the trust to stop funding actiivity on our accounts. As a resut , unfortunately all accounts were closed. My account interest went from 7.9% up to over 25% for no reason than after waiting 3 months I called and it was lowered to 19.99%. Now its closed! Someone posted an attorney to contact for a class action law suit but the website was not for him. Can I get the correct link to join this suit or other info to get in touch with him.
