Advantage 20X "The Wonder Cleaner" International Sales Inc Cleaners Ontario, California
A man came to our home selling this product. It looked great at first and he asked me what I had trouble cleaning. I showed him the hard water stains on my shower door, which I know cannot come out. He told me it would, sprayed the door and scrubbed. Nothing happened. But he tried to tell me it worked. It didn't do a thing. The same thing happened with some nail polish on my bed, and ink in my car.
The stuff didn't do a thing, but yet he tried to play it off like it did! He stuck his bare hand in our toilet. He then used the same pad on our walls doors, and in our kitchen! He saw a wall decoration I had and picked it up and said he was taking it. I thought he was kidding until he took it out the door with him! He then tried to take one of my husbands cd's! He stepped on my sons Thomas The Train train tracks, breaking 3 of the Take Along tracks (which are sets and if you break them the whole thing is worthless).
I own a cleaning company and I know that when you take really hot water and any cleaner, along with the right brush it will clean all of the stuff that he cleaned. Nothing is special about this cleaner except that its really expensive. In the end the sales man got very upset when I said I wasn't going to buy anything. He told me that I was going to buy at least one. He would not leave my home. So I agreed to buy one, just to get him out of my home. In hind sight I should have called the police, but I was afraid that he would come back for retaliation.
Later that day I tried looking up the website www.advantage-green.com. that was on the flyer he gave me. It has nothing to do with the company!! I tried calling the numbers and the message says "no one is availabe to answer, good bye" So I canceled my check, costing me $30. If they want their junk product back they can come get it. You can get some orange cleaner at the dollar store that will get grease out way better than this. Baking soda and vinegar with a scrub brush will get out grout stains. This cleaner is nothing special.
