Aengus Fogarty is the attorney on record for the asset calss of Super Petchili Bonds, which are Chinese Railroad Bonds.
The payemnt of $27,500 has been defaulted. In my research, the direct contact for these bonds was Quinton Hall.
Quinton Hall is an alias name. The real name of this individual is Joseph Massela. An individual who is currently on Probation. HIs recird of financial fraud is long. Perhaps, that is why he is on Probation.
I contacted Aengus Fogarty several times, but failed to reply. He is part of this fraud. I have attached the Investment Contract.
