I would like to know if we have any say in this matter. We received a letter today saying we had been changed to AEP energy from Columbia Gas. We were never asked or given a choice just told it had taken place. My husband called on the phone almost and hour. They would not give him the chance to talk to a supervisor. We do not want their service. We want to stay with Columbia Gas. Has anyone else had this problem. I know now our gas bill will continue to go up. Do we have any say in this matter?
