A year ago my husband got into in accident that was not his fault. Some guy pulled out in front of him and totaled our car. The guys insurance only covered $10,000. We still owe roughly $1400. We had gap insurance but get a load of this you have to keep paying on the car until the loan company get the settlement check. Isn't that a crock. So this morning I get a call from the loan company, Affiliated. The lady was rude and said they have been investigating and see that we bought a new car. Well hello dummy we had to replace the one we lost. In fact we bought it through enterprise rental car company. So it was used and our insurance company helped us get it. Ok this rude lady tells me today that why didn't we have insurance and I said we did and she continued to tell me it had lapsed. Well that is hard to believe when our insurance company paid for our rental and helped with the down payment. So now I continue to tell the lady that my husband is laid off from one of his jobs and it is hard to even have money left over for gas and food. I even told her to look at the rest of America and the economy and she said people just want to blame everything on the economy. Well in all I ranted back and she told me she was ending the call their and to have a nice day. Yeah it is ok for them to call us and yell and be rude but as soon as we give it right back to them they want to end the call. They are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO unprofessional!!!!

So I get off the phone with that B**** and call my insurance company and talk to the claims representative that handled my claim and she attempted to conference call Afilliated to get the cars payoff we were put on hold and re-directed several times and finally got a hold of someone. We gave them my info and told them what we needed and yet again we were put on hold. Then they hung up on us. So my insurance called back and after a bit finally got through to someone. Well we got the payoff and she proceeded to tell them that she is a professional in the insurance and she had never seen such unprofessionalism. I am going to get an attorney and sue them for herrassment!!
