To our knowledge, all charges have already been reversed back to the customer. Claims and Benefits Management has no further involvement. Should the customer have any further questions or concerns regarding Claims and Benefits Management only, please call their Special Investigations Unit at 1-877-378-9237 and provide your case number, MSPR 08. We try to ensure every customer is taken care of in as timely a manner as possible.

I reported the fradulent associations, Affinity, National Alliance, NBHA, Colorado Bankers and their affiliates with the New Jersey based company to Florida Dept. of Insurance....I discovered that these associations and fradulent healthcare companies were issued a Cease and Desist Order in Florida in December of 2007 and in 2005. Other states have gone after these guys and taken them to court for damages. The State of Florida needs to do the same....So, please report them to the Dept. of Insurance and let's take these crooks to court. My bank was able to recover the eft's for the past 60 days, but said federal laws do not allow them to go any further....anyone have anymore information on this please report on this website and to Dept. of Insurance.
