I recieved an invitation by mail inviting me to attend their sales pitch for their real estate and stock market investing seminars.  I was promised a mp3 player by the mail flyer if I attended.  They also promised a tablet computer to the first 50 people registering for the sales pitch presentation.  I registered within 5 minutes of the time the postman put their ad in my mailbox and when I was called 2 days before the sales pitch presentation to confirm I would be attending I asked directly if I had been in the first 50 people registering and I was informed by their caller that I was and would recieve a tablet computer at their sales pitch event.  Needless to say they did not honor these promises after I sat through a 3+ hours sales pitch which was in itself very suspicious as they promised they would fund you with loans of up to $750,000 to buy real estate and also told people it was so easy to quadruple your money in less than 3 months by investing in the stock market using their broker service.

I had the same thing happen to me.  I called in 5 minutes after reveiving the postcard and told I was in and would be receiving the tablet at the event. After sitting though a  3 1/2 hour hard sale pitch on a seminar for only $1997.00 the first luckily 11 people to sign up got it for only $997.00 and if you did  your  first sale in 6 months you got all your money back.  This offer was never offered before, NEVER.

Lunch was ok, a Turkey sandwich, apple, chips, brownie and hot bottle of water.  No soda or even a coffee offered.

No one ever recievde a computer, it would come in the mail.  Once there, we were told it was random and not the first 50 people like stated in the postcard but 50 picked at random for all the events across the country.  Good way of never being ever to prove no one really ever recieved one.

They also made it seem like the Yancy's were doing this, they show a cheesey 5 minute video with them in it, that's it, then some guy no one ever heard lectures to you about how he has owns 250+ properties and has made a butt load of money, but he doesn't dress like it, and has a women (so called Local) came out to do a testimony that sound like she is reading script.  Don't fall for it.

Thanks for writing this and giving us all the warning, showed it to 3 other people there and saved them from getting sucked into it.  I feel sorry for the elderly people there how feel for it.
