Affordable Heat, LLC Sun Twin 1500 Elite it doesn't work and they say were getting action But 3 weeks no Action It's BAD. Canton Internet
I order an Sun Twin 1500 Elite from Edenpurestore.com. It is an electric heater that work for 2 weeks and then quit. For the last 3 weeks have been trying to get them to have me return it and I still have no action.
It was order through Affordable Heat, LLC and they keep telling me there sister company is the fault. I do not need this heater this summer I need it now especially today when it is -5 degress outside.
Their service Stinks since Jan. 3, 2008 it does not work and now it is Jan. 18th and still no action.
I also emailed Paul Harvey twice and still no action. I bought it because of his endorsement on this product. Their Service Stinks

Lawrence, I apologize for the difficulty that you have experienced in getting your unit serviced under the warranty. Unfortunately, once Affordable Heat, LLC submits the service ticket, it is up to the manufacturer to get the labels out and service the unit in a timely manner. I am aware that there are some instances where the manufacturer takes an abnormal time to service your unit. In this situation we would be more than happy to send you a loaner unit to use while yours is being serviced. Unfortunately when third party companies drop the ball (whether it's UPS or a service center) it reflects on our company. If you have still not received the unit that needed service, please contact us to get a unit shipped out to use in the mean time. Thanks, Affordable Heat
