My wife responded to an offer for a "Free Trial" of African Mango weight control pills.  After a week we found a charge of approximately $80 on her credit card. I then contacted the company and was told that the product was only free if we were not satisfied and returned it within 14 days.
I was then told that a second charge of over $80 was just submitted that day (what a coincidence) for a 2nd bottle of the product but if I wanted I would return that 2nd bottle for a refund.  After waiting for another week and receiving no product, I sent the first (unopened) bottle back with the RMA number (with a tracking number and signature request).
After 5 weeks I contacted the company and asked where my refund was.  I was told that they had attempted to process the refund and was asked if the credit card was still valid (which it was).  I then asked for a refund on the 2nd bottle that I was billed for and never received.  The operator acknowledged that there was no shipping info for the 2nd bottle (it was never sent) but stated that he had to submit my information to "corporate" for my refund.  I was told that they only send out email once a day (at midnight) and that the operator only sends the requests to his manager who is only person who talks to corporate.  I was told to wait another 30 days and if there was still no refund, ot call back.  Currently I am out almost $180 and have no assurance of receiving a refund.
