Afni Collections Sent A Bill For Verizon, Never Had A Verizon Account Before. Bloomington Illinois
I just recently received a letter from AFNI claiming I owe Verizon $2,207.47 from around 10 years ago. They were willing to settle once I called them, for something like 1400 dollars. I have never used Verizon for landline or for anything for that matter. I asked why they are just not sending me letters after 10 years. They responded with because I move around to much, they can't find me. Ha, what a crock! They gave me a phone number and everything, and they knew where I lived 9/10 years ago. So, I am going to call this Verizon North Inc, and see what happens. I hope that they get busted out by someone and pay for this crap.
