Afni, Inc. sent me a bill for verizon stating they would accept half as payment in full for an account I owed nothing on Bloomington, Illinois
I recieved a bill from afni saying that I owed Verizon money for a phone number I no longer have. And had no outstanding balance. They stated that they would accept half of the 130.00 balance if I paid online or credit card by mail.
