Afni Received a collection notice for a fraudulent account for Verizon alluding to past due account unpaid. Never had a phone number listed received no assistance from Verizon. Concord California
Received letter of collection for fraudulent bogus telephone account for Verizon in Pennsylvania. When attempting to schedule to speak with a rep on line as directed by automated phone message when contacting Afni, not possible ,only wanting to know how and when I would pay the fraudulent account off. Verizon employees not helpful refusing to let me speak with supervisor. PUC not helpful either. Reviewing all other reports noting I am not alone.
