We have notified Central Property Management that we filed the report. Hopefully, they will respond and recitify our complaint by returing our full security deposit. Here is a copy of the email we sent to them: Marilyn, Doug, This email is to let you know that we've filed a Rip-off report in regards to you and your company not returning our security deposit. The report may be viewed at the following link: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/455/RipOff0455573.htm We filed this report because we believe you are illegally withholding our security deposit and have made false claims against our deposit. These reasons were listed in the response letter to your claim on our deposit - which we sent via certified mail on 5/4/2009. This letter was received in your office on 5/6/2009 per the signed return receipt. Do you disagree on the fact that you did not send the claim notice in the specified time and proper format? You may respond to the report we filed at ripoffreport.com if you wish. We will be updating the report regularly until a resolution is reached. We have the ability to update the report to reflect good business practices if our complaint is satisfied by your company. If you don't respond to us or attempt to rectify the situation, we will update the report to reflect that as well. We thought it only fair to notify you of the existence of the report and respond appropriately.
