Agent Image web site developers is nothing less than a scam. They specialize in delaying your web site development until you get frustrated to the point where you move on to another web design company. Here is how the scam works. 1. They start with great contact response time as they prepare your template which is nothing more than a screenshot of someone elses developed web site to show you. (They do not know how to make the page functional because they do not build the code) 2. As you progress over months and months years even.. they will not respond to your calls or email as you travel down the path of development. The more you try to fix a problem or resolve a error on your web site, the more they back away from contact with you. (They claim out of office or the team is looking into it) this happens on the smallest text edit or copy and paste edit. A simple copy and paste edit can take months to eventually get them to do it after threats. 3. When you threaten them with lawsuits etc, they fix the problem that your asking them to fix only to adjust or screw something else up which not takes you weeks to get them to respond or adjust that issue. Get the idea? Round and round you go until you hire someone else and move along leaving them with full payment. They will not give you the Wordpress passwords EVER! So you will never be in control of your web site. If they ever get your site live after 2-3 years, they will adjust something and make you pay to fix it. They are nothing more than a bait and switch with a taste or long term pain. They took me for $4,000.

Since reports can not be removed on this web site I have decided to post an update to my situation for those who have read my previous review on Agent Image. Agent Image contacted me over the past week to reconcile our differences. I explained to them that my project manager was unresponsive, in able to complete certain task and appeared to be avoiding contact via phone. Manager Michael at Agent Image within 5 minutes resolved any differences that we had and offered me a very fair settlement for our disagreements. I will say that he was very helpful and understanding in the matter and will also try to make sure that the actions of his employee would be looked into. Thank you Agent Image for taking care of this issue and restoring my confidence in your company.
