I joined this company over 6 months ago which was advertised as "Advertising Web Service.Com" - I have to discovered their real name is Air Arena Pty, Ltd. They charge me religioulsy $64 a month. Whenever I try to activate the account, I am not in the system. I get an "error message - username/password is incorrect." I have tried multiple times!
I have tried to use the "contact us" link on their site and it keeps re-directing me back to the "existing customers" sign-on screen where I enter my username and log-in to no avail. I get the same "error message" mentioned above. This is a tireless loop. I have emailed them several times and gotten no response. It is a scam company.
I probably have paid $300 now and cannot get my money back. I won't even put money into this account anymore just to stop them from hitting my account. Now I'm going to report them to my bank, the better business bureau and the attorney general's office in California. Stay away from this company.
I want my money back! I want the charges to stop.
