Air Care Solutions riped off by promises & hidden costs jacksonville florida
I moved here 2 years ago and had 2 have my air ducts cleaned out. I saw this ad for air care solutions so i called. They came cleaned the ducts,dryer vent, checked a/c unit & mold control.Then the technician told me about a 5 year plan for $918.06 & they would come twice a year and do the same as they did this time. When it was time 2 have them do it again they only did the mole control nothing else. When i complained 2 the customer rep he said that was all they do the rest is under warrenty and would cost more. I told him that's not what i was told if you think anyone would pay $918 to just do the mold control and nothing else you must be crazy. plus you charged me a service call that was suppose to be included, Then he hung up on me. So my advice to anyone doing bussiness with these ripoff artists DON'T or at lease stay away from there so called ripoff contracts. Very disatisfied customer...out $900 don'tlet this happen to you!
