Air Care Solutions The company is a SCAM Jacksonville Florida
The company came to my home in Hiram , GA , and they tried to sale stuff that I did not even call them to do. The gentleman was concern with the so call mold that is developing in my furnace, he gave me a price and I told him, I can not afford that , then he started saying , I am not suppose to do this and my boss would get upset if he finds out, but I can give it to you for this price.Right there , I knew this guy was a joke, I hate when they do that.
I was suppose to get a washable filter , i was advised they did not have my size in their truck and it will be sent to me from Florida. As of today 02/28/2014 , and the service was performed December 15th, I have not received anything. When they left , I realized they did not do the A/C check up, but based on the reviews on this company , I do not want them to touch anything else.
I called the Florida office and they are a joke, of course they are going to support their technicians.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are saying because I signed the invoice, they have to support the following and forward the funds to the company. Well I plan on going up the letter , in regards to my credit card company, I do not feel they have my best interest.
I will tell you what, when I call another company to do work for me , I will be researching them to the tee.
If you are smart, do not do business with this company .
