Air Care Solutions THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM AND A RIPOFF Miramar Florida
I called the company because of a promotion in a magazine for a tune up on my air conditioner. As soon as the technician came her tried to upsale his visit. He did not do one thing that was supposed to be done on the tune up. I called back 5 times and spoke to 5 very rude employees at a call center, and finally someone reschedued someone to come out for a redo. 10 minutes before the appointment the supposed supervisor called me to tell me they are not coming, very rude!! PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID, GO WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!
