Air-savings.com, Sonny Chatrath, President cannot understand how such companies exists. never met such a very very rude company.Tried to get a quote for international travel & almost got conned into buying. when i questioned their info,a wierd sonny chap ,"president"(rotten apples right from the top)replies rudely telling me to stick my biz. obviously, i will never work with him or his company, but others beware. Tried to get a quote for international travel & almost got conned and pressured into buying their initial offer from a lackey(a guy way down the food chain). when i questioned very poliety why there is so much difference in their info(after checking retrospectively directly with the airline),a wierd sonny chap ,"president"(rotten apples right from the top)replies rudely telling me in short, i can take what he is to offer or shup up and stick it.
wow! did he really think he is a monopoly,sitting in New jersey???
obviously, i will never work with him or his company, but others beware. If that is how "Presidents"respond/react/work, then you can imagine the service/info you are getting from their lackeys down the food chain.

The internet is a very strong tool for people to use, or misuse. Unfortunately some people use this tool to settle scores, or malign the good name of hard working people, and companies. I would love to hear from the accuser, and get to the bottom of this. In my twenty years as a travel professional, I have never heard of a more sinister, or downright dis-honest accusation. Question for the accuser. Did you ever even call the company in question? You are accusing the owner of the company for speaking to you rudely. Did you correspond with me in writing? Did I reply to you? What service/s were you requesting? According to you, you spoke with another "lackey" can you kindly tell me what the name of the "lackey" was? Are you located in the US? We do not deal with people calling from outside the US. Can reipoffreport check the IP address of the accuser? How come I wasn't contacted about this? I invite Natalia in NJ to call me directly with this, if this accusation is real. She says she was pressured, and conned into buying our initial offering, did she actually purchase? Did she pay with a credit card? Does she even know my name? My name is not Sonny Chap! I expect ripoffreport to contact me as soon as possible about this. I am shocked beyond words. I feel ripoffreport should forward such complaints to the company concerned immidiately. This complaint has been sitting with you guys since July of 2009, and you didn't even bother to let me know???????
