After escorting my sick mom to the check point, I walked over to the ticket counter to find a way to confirm she got to her gate safely. I approached the ticket counter and stated to one of the employees, "I hate to bother you" she replied "then don't" she then ignored me. The complaint rep Suzie Brennan advised me that the situation was addressed. I asked her if a rep could contact me regarding the incident, for possibly more info. She replied no, they are to busy and against policy to do so. This is a customer service company and should follow up with the complainant. She refused, end of complaint.
