All communications/pictures are via emails and over the phone. Alot of profiles are fake. They charge you $450 to sign up for their unlimited matrimonial services however, you never get to talk to a person more than once.

"We are sorry to hear your complaints. We understand the frustration that comes along with finding a rishta; especially to ones liking. However, we are here to help you with the process and hopefully make it a little bit easier. Our goal is to keep with our eastern traditions of Rishta services with a blend of western touch in helping facilitate the process. We are not by any means a dating website where you look at thousands of pictures and profiles. Our services are only for serious clients looking for a life partner and therefore we provide 100% privacy to all our members. All the profiles in our database are real and the information provided is what's provided to us by our clients. We do not do background checks on individuals since we realistically do not have the means for that. We do recommend that clients investigate further once a match is to an individual's liking. Our customer service reps are courteous and oblige all requests and take pride in the service we provide. None of our clients are from any other sites. The listed clients are all registered individuals and none of the information is "fake" and we guarantee this 100%. We are not responsible if respective matches do not want to indulge in any one on one meetings for a number of reasons. We understand that the process of finding the one can be difficult.
