aka service protection advantage service protection advantage dishwasher not working for 3 weeks already. lost service records, latest excuse atlanta, Georgia
3 weeks ago dishwasher stopped working. under service contract wit GE then this company for 13 years.
technician said it was a plumbing problem. plumber replaced valves, but dishwasher still didn't work.
technician had to order a part. Then no record of second tech communication or part order,and conformation number did not apply to my dish washer, so now , after 3 weeks I have to start all over again.
