I ordered a softball bat on 02/05/15 from www.longbeachweddingcollective.com. There was no email confirmation of order. I contacted the company via email 02/09/15 asking for a tracking number. They replied and told me that it has been sent out, but they don't have the tracking number. Somewhere during this time, their website address changed to www.limoonthelake.com.

  I finally got a tracking number in an email on 02/25/15 after I should have already had my order. When I tracked it, it said that it was delivered on the 17th in Berkeley, CA. I logged onto their website to check my profile to make sure that I didn't make an error anywhere. Nope, bill to and ship to is in High Point, NC. So why did my order go to California? I emailed the company once again asking for them to double check that number because it wasn't delivered to the ship to address.  In an emailed dated 03/05/15 they once again told me that that IS my tracking number. Once again I told them I do NOT live in CA....I live in NC. Frustrated I told them to forget it, just cancel my order and refund me the full purchase amount.

This processes is still ongoing with them wanting to give partial refund 30%.
