Aklys Defense Placed an order for over $1,000.00 over two months ago. Paid by credit card. They stopped answering the phone or responding to emails right after the order was placed. Baton Rouge Louisiana
Ii placed an order for over $1,000 and paid by credit card. Spoke with the folks at Aklys twice during the order process. Placed a follow up call to them a few weeks later. It's now been almost 3 months and they have never responded again to repeated phone calls and emails. I am hoping that American Express will be able to backcharge their account and get my money back.
