Once RJF was put out of business I wanted to support Joe and his team at Aklys. Placed an order in early July for a new AR, received confirmation email and a phone call from Dennis confirming payment. Was told it would be 4 weeks. Several months later after relentless attempts to reach someone there I received an email from the same person saying they were just waiting on Samson rails and should have it out within 24hrs. It is now mid-November. I have received no word on my order after repeated calls and emails. I have no rifle or any indication I will receive one. They took my money and dissapeared. My next calls are to the BBB and then the local Police Dept.

As the saying goes, the squeeky wheel gets the oil. Received a call from a very apologetic Dennis at AKLYS today. Final parts arrived and rifle being shipped tomorrow. Thank you Dennis for owning this and making it right.
