AMX uses a sliding pay scale to pay their drivers after mileage is under 2300 miles a week the pay is 30 cents per mile. if the mileage is over 2300 a week the pay is $0.37 a mile. therefore if you do not make the cut off you all be screwed out of a hundred and $150 approximately. also the payroll lady does not reimburse you correctly. the nightime help bullies and abuses the drivers and never responds to messages. If you have to do a cigar load from from Miami to dothan you have to spend the night in the Carroll fulmer dropyard near Orlando with out any extra pay and are not allowed to stop. The use the Qualcomm to push drivers sometimes if they stop or go over on a ten hour break. Stop off pay is only ten dollars per drop. They just seem like they are just getting cheaper and cheaper and not competitive as other carriers.
