Alan L. Melotek, Tara Melotek Forged signature on bond check, and cashed money that was not theirs Boca Raton Florida
Alan L. Melotek M.D. and his daughter Tara Melotek forged a letter with my signature requesting a bond that was taken out in my name be sent to his medical office. Alan Melotek wrote the letter, while Tara Melotek forged my signature. Tara Melotek then forged my signature on the actual check, and Alan Melotek cashed it (my rightful 5,000 dollars in bond money). When I went to request the bond, I was told it had already been cashed and a letter requesting it be sent to Alan Melotek was sent to the bond governmental office. When I confronted Alan Melotek about this, he told me that Tara Melotek has indeed forged it and I would not see my money again. After sending three certified letters requesting my money back, they finally agreed to return my rightful money so I would not got to the police. However, I did not get the 200 dollars in interest they made off of it. They committed a third degree felony of forgery and fraud.

I wrote the report above this. This was a misunderstanding and it turned out to have nothing to do with these two as they were not even involved and did not even have knowledge of it. I apologize for any harm this has caused and this is a good lesson to treat each other with respect and love and not jump to conclusions. Do not believe everything you read on the internet.
