Two Pinoy Island brothers Orsbuin Young and Alan Delapa these California guys just happen to have loads of children of their own to molest and Orsbuin has already been convicted of child rape but of course he was released after serving a small part of his sentence (see meganslaw.ca.gov website) Raping their children is not good enough so both of them spend hours online with cameras and photo scams trying to contact anyone under 18 on Facebook Myspace, Craigslist etc. The shocking part is they have Great jobs and family support from mommy, siblings and they both have brain dead wives that keep pumping out more Babies aka rape victims.
