alan webb chevrolet The Company and the sales person showed up at my home like some kind of mobsters ready to pull guns out vancouver, Washington
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Alan Webb Auto on 9/23/12 my experience was by far the worst thing i have ever been through. I drove the suv home that night knowing i still needed to supply them with a cashiers check and bank statements. They also had to fix front end and detail interior.
The next day i brought in bank statements and cashiers check and they told me they did not have time today and to bring it back at 2:00 p.m. the next day. When i showed up the next day they told me they could not get things taken care of again. They gave me the cashiers check and bank statements and told me i was missing a signature on cashiers check and my bank statements they said did not have my name on them which they actually did along with acct. number. Its was over looked on their part. Then i told them it was a huge inconvenience for me for how many times i attempted to get this done.
I was to bring in the signed cashiers and bank statements that were the same as before and i told them i did not have time until monday therefore i got multiple text messages from salesman saying they were gonna call the vehicle in as stolen if i didnt bring them today. So monday shows up and I was bombarded with four people pounding on my door. Going arnd my house looking in windows.
also talking to my neighbors negatively and bashing my physical appearance and I refused to open the door. The conduct in which they carried themselves they put off to be be some sort of mobsters. my neighbor came out yelling,"what the hell do u think ur doing, it looks like ur trying to break into their house" They replied we just want to know where the Tahoe is and the owner said she would take care of this today.
Its unbelievable that they had to pound on my door for over an hour. They were asking everyone questions that walked by and they left for a while and came back acting very childish and very unprofessional. Then my neighbor came into the house and grabbed the cashiers check and gave it to them. She mentioned that she even knew that i was coming in today to give them their cashiers check. Anyways they still have not gotten back to me about anything and something needs to be done or I just want my cashiers check back and my car I traded in for it. they put me through hell during all of this and it was very uncalled for.
