ALARMPRO Aka NORM MUGFORD Aka NORMAN MUGFORD Aka EDWARD MUGFORD Palm Coast Alarmpro is a scam. Monitering is crap. Prices are High. Norm Mugford Lies. Rip off Flagler County Alarmpro Palm Coast Florida
I did work in the electrical & alarm industry for nearly 40 years.
When I needed some work to be done (I'm retired, due to injury) I called ALARMPRO of Palm Coast/Flagler County because they were recommended to me by a friend.
STRIKE ONE:
Ed Mugford screwed up the pre-wire at my home. He also had a very big ego (a big head with lots of room, guess its all hot air) he lugged around while screwing up.
STRIKE TWO: The trim-out was done by the same jerk, Ed Mugford. His ego was awfully heavy, because he thought he was justified in destroying all of my walls and doorframes. Not to mention he was relatively WRONG with nearly every question I asked him, pertaining to the industry (almost like a test).
STRIKE THREE: Everything else. My home did get broken into shortly after the security system was put into action. Ten minutes after the thief entered and robbed me blind, is when the alarm sounded. Took almost 15 mins for police to arrive. A) because ALARMPRO of Palm Coast waited almost four minutes to call for help. B) because the police don't like ALARMPRO of Palm Coast due to NORMAN and EDWARD Mugford's attitudes.
Even after being nice, and understanding, and "giving", in the sense that I need to understand most have not done this as long as I have..., these people still managed to screw everything up and really piss me off.
Trust me folks, I've been doing this type of work nearly my whole life (since I was about 11). KEEP AWAY FROM NORMAN MUGFORD, ED MUGFORD, and ALARMPRO. There is NOTHING this company has to offer, it's all "show". I promise. Talk to others in the industry (their competition, other low voltage electricians, their customers, etc) and you'll see this company has NO BUSINESS being in alarm work.
NOT TO MENTION: ALL THEIR FIRE SYSTEMS HAVE STROBES (FLASHING LIGHTS) THAT DO NOT FLASH WITH EACH OTHER IN SYNC.
THIS CAUSES EPILEPTIC SEIZURES AND CAN TRIGGER ALL KINDS OF MEDICAL PROBLEMS. THIS COMPANY IS DANGEROUS TO ITS CUSTOMERS, AND THEY'LL ONLY ATTEMPT MAKING IT SOUND LIKE ITS NOT THEIR FAULT.

All the comments made by this individual are false. He is an x-employee of Alarmpro, Inc. He was terminated because he failed to disclose that he was a convicted felon on his employeee application. All his comments were made within the same week. A cease & desist order was issued to him by our attorney and a Police report filed with the local Sheriff.
