Doug - This jerk (a nice term - he deserves far worse) was found guilty last week. His slimy butt will be in jail for years. Sorry to hear about your daughter. He also tried to lure my daughter into his sick game. He raped my daughter's best friend. I hope he gets what he deserves as he does his time!

I will first respond to John's comments. I agree with you on one thing. One is innocent until proven guilty. Albert has been "accused" and he will soon have his day in court. I am confused to why you are so defensive. I would think the thought of an adult raping children would be upsetting. Apparently not to you. Jill - You are welcome. Check out the following news report (that anyone can look up themselves). After reading it, it amazes me that people like "John" can defend. Like I said, he is accused of these crimes right now but justice will win out and when it does, there will be one less scumbag walking the streets and going after innocent children. I copied the following article from the newsite: "CLEVELAND -- Two Broadview Heights men are accused of raping young girls they met on the web site MySpace. Channel 3 News first told you about 21-year-old Albert Azolino back in March. He is accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old Strongsville student lured to his home through internet chat. Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason says Azolino and 33-year-old friend Timothy Norman face rape, unlawful sexual contact with minors, and pandering charges. The prosecutor warns parents to be leery of the kids spending time on this web site. "It's like a catalogue for predators," Mason said. "It's got the pictures of the kids so anybody who wants to get online -- they go on to myspace.com, look at the pictures and click on it. Up comes the profile of the person they just click on." Mason says the suspects would offer alcohol to the kids then photograph them during sex acts. If convicted the two could face life in prison." Jill - Have you had any luck???

I agree w/ you Rita. This guy has no idea what he's talking about when it comes to that guy ripping me off. Karma...it really comes full circle. He gets EVERYTHING he deserves b/c let's face it...Albert deceived me before any one else. Paypal, yes I agree has a messed up system that he's right about but other than that he has no clue as to what this guy did to me or how he affected my life. I'm so glad that you can sit there and sick up for that *&*&...You must be able to just toss $700+ bucks out the window and not give it a second thought...I'm not that lucky. I work my *&* off and I was trying to surprise my fiancee with a gift he so wanted...I didn't deserve to be scammed. Thanks for your opinion anyway! Jill

The prevouse responder states this... >Paypal created the widespread problem by freezing accounts. Once >a seller's Paypal account is frozen, you can no longer add funds to >the account to provide refunds. The seller no longer has access to >the contact information of buyers in order to provide a refund. Bull puck! I don't care if this guy's account was froze or if his apartment caved in and his computer blew up. He should have sold the shirt off his back, dug some ditches and then got a money order to pay this woman back. Moreover, he had every way in the world to get the info that he needed about his own sale(s). After all, this woman was writing to him. Contact info is easy to get when a disgruntle buyer starts making contact with the seller about the item they didn't get. All the seller had to do was to respond back asking for an address to make things right. The previous responder states this... >Who is the real lying, cheating, thief? Paypal perhaps? Not in this case. This seller, Albert Azolino has the money $700 that doesn't belong to him and the buyer has what? Nothing!!! Wouldn't you say sir, that this has now become stolen money? The rest of what the previous responder had to say was much like someone talking that is pretty dang close to this whole deal of fraud; such as the person that perpetrated this fraud in the first place. Perhaps one day Mr. Albert Azolino can play peekaboo with everyone from behind bars. Lastly, there are two sides to every story is right... One dirty scum side stole $700 and the victim's side that worked at a real job to earn that money. Shame, shame on trash that steals! Rita

There are 2 sides to every story. Ebay and Paypal started these problems with the sale and purchase of Xbox systems. Ebay and Paypal arbitrarily shut off all Ebay listings and sent emails to people who purchased an Xbox system from these listings that it was a possible fraudulent transaction, even though not all transactions were fraudulent. Paypal, owned by Ebay, acted accordingly, and froze the Paypal accounts of people who were legitimately and fraudulently selling Xbox systems. Paypal created the widespread problem by freezing accounts. Once a seller's Paypal account is frozen, you can no longer add funds to the account to provide refunds. The seller no longer has access to the contact information of buyers in order to provide a refund. Do a seach on paypal freezing accounts, and you will see this is a major problem for buyers and sellers alike. So the question is, how does a seller refund money to a buyer when the seller no longer has access to his account, and whatever money was in the account and the accounts of family members was taken by Paypal? The problem is with Paypal giving buyers and sellers false assurance of "buyer protection" and "seller protection." After careful reading of the terms of service, there really is no guaranteed "buyer protection" or "seller protection." Who is the real lying, cheating, thief? Paypal perhaps? As for the inappropriate comment above that he's "getting what he deserves," it's a sad day when others find joy in someone else's problems. This is America, lest you forget, and a person is innocent until proven guilty. Did it ever occur to you perhaps he's not getting what he deserves, but is getting a payback from loud mouth complainers who do not have all the facts? People need to keep an open mind and realize there's more to a story than what you see posted by someone who's been wronged. The Ebay and Paypal problem have wronged many people; buyers and sellers alike, and our legal system has also wronged many people; victims and those wrongly accused. Not everything is as it seems. There are 2 sides to every story.

Run a search on Azolino! He has been arrested recently and charged with a variety of things. Wait until you see the charges! He is accused of rape and being a sexual predator. He is facing up to life in prison. This should help you "contact" him since he is in all the papers. You can contact the Broadview Heights police and now file your claim against him. Justice wins out in the end and now the monster cannot hide.

I wish that I could help you out. All that I can tell you is that it appears that the address your fraud gave is in what appears to be a fairly nice Apartment Community. I took a look at a satellite view. If that really is his address, I would assume he would have offered an apartment number with the address but it doesn't appear that way from your report. At ant rate, it looks like you may have paid for some little worm's rent that happens to have the integrity of a crack head. This is the only way (it appears) that he can take advantage of a woman. He must be some dog! Good luck Jill. I hope that worm gets what's coming to him.

Why don't you take all your documents to a small claims court in your locality - it only takes a filing fee but takes your headache away. Just sit back and relax while justice system does its job: http://www.courts.state.va.us/pamphlets/small_claims.html
