Albert Franco of Wells Fargo shopped my personal financial information to other lenders without my permission. when I confronted him he said he thought he could get me a better deal, but this was only after I found out and was contacted by a completely different lender. I imagine he is getting a kickback or some kind of compensation because it wasnt out of the goodness in his heart.
Throughout the process at Wells Fargo he came across as someone who was impatient, rude, and wanted to get me through the process the way he wanted it to go. He brushed off many of my questions as if he knew what was best for me. There was very little concern for my wishes on his behalf. Long story made short, when I found out I stopped taking his calls and took my business to someone else I could trust. I am in the process of notifying Wells Fargo, but more concerning was searching his name brought up a rap sheet a mile long. This guy has had previous convictions on everything from felony violent crimes, substance abuse, and reports of fraud. How in the world can he still be working around other peoples information and money. This guy is a total crook!

Reading this is very upseting. I've been doing this job for 14 years and never have I had something like this come up. These alegations are 100% false. I have never in my career done anything unethical, nor would I ever try to find someone "a better deal", Wells Fargo is the better deal. Wells Fargo takes complaints very seriously and there was never one made by Mary in Orlando against me. I've kept an impecible record my entire career in the mortage business. Below are just a some reviews by my previous customers.

As for my "mile long rap sheet" I'm not proud of any of it, but let me clear it up for you. FYI, I'm currenlty 35
Age 21: Violation of Diver Down Rule: I was hunting for stone crab with a mask and snokel. In Florida, if you have a snorkel on, it's considered diving, and I didn't have a dive flag up. No excuse, I knew the rule and I broke it.
Age 23: DUI, Guilty and I owned it. Honestly, it was a very necessary lesson I needed to learn at the time.
Age 25: Misdemeanor Battery: Let me sum up the story in a few quick sentences. I caught a guy beating a girl to a pulp. He then tried to do the same to me. I whooped his but pretty good. End of story.
I've never in my life had any kind of fraud accuasations, if so I would be able to hold the financial licenses I have.
I can't deny any of the stuff above, I was a young and crazy kid and I made mistake and learned from each one. Today I'm a happily married man with a beautiful Wife, son and one on the way. I love my job, I teach a homeownership class for 3 charities to help first time home buyers achieve the american dream. I coach a tee ball and soccer team. I teach an occasional kids bjj class and still actively compete in bjj myself. I'm really proud of who I am, I believe in honor, integrity and character. I don't believe the person who wrote this was ever a customer of mine, I just think it was some one out to hurt me and my familiy for whatever reason.
