Purchased 4 solar power gate openers for a remote ranch in AZ. From day one the product was faulty with control board failures, solar converter failures, etc.... This continued from the installation January 2016 until finally fed up and returned to Aleko in May. Aleko emailed me stating a full refund would be credited back to my credit card. Still waiting, no response to phone calls or emails. Had to file another complaint with the Washington State General Attorneys office for resolution. We invested $2678.94 in these openrs, and then had over $2500.00 in installation and multiple service calls to replace faulty parts. This company is a rip off and buyers beware.

This is my 2nd rebuttal post to say the Company has resloved this issue. I receive a completely satisfactory response from the Aleko Products President, who was unaware there had been this issue going on. He fully resolved the customer service issue and has agreed to pay the installation cost for the product. There was a manufacture issue with quality control and he has resolved. After reading RipOff Reports policy on removing this original complaint, which is unfair as they have gone above abnd beyond to resolve this. I would ask again that the original post is removed or at least this post is added to the complaint to show they have fully resolved to my satisfaction. I would have no issue recommending Aleko Products to anyone. To bad more companies don't follow their lead and step up to resolve. Thank you Aleko.
