During the time Ms. Sink was with Bank of America, she said recently to the Tampa Tribune to gain their support, that they (BAC) had required 20% down payments, and proof of income.
Oh really? Then perhaps tenants that didn't have income to pay $405. a month, and used a deed IN SOMEONE ELSE'S name for down payment on a $658. loan to get a brand new home, escaped her attention?
It never escaped her attention. Her own lawyers that inquired were fired, her own staff berated customer's that tried to get an appointment with her to discuss massive mortgage frauds as not the kind of "people" she had time for.
Apparently the only ones she wanted to speak with had to be applauding her prolific care of civic, community, and charitable biggies that were all in awe of her shameless self-promotion of the greater "good" of Floridians.
Meanwhile, whistleblowers had goons showing up to express displeasure of speaking disfavorably of such a nice lady, and begging how such illegally generated mortgages could be so cavalier manner fed to Freddie and Fannie.
She has promised to end corruption in Florida, so many are hoping that means she will be leaving the state? Or is she just the gum on our shoe when it comes to mess making that will just never, ever scrape off?
Of course, should she win the election, as required per prior exhortations, every knee shall then bow, and every tongue shall confess, that she is one swell of a talented skill set professional.
Poor Moynihan, having to clean this mess up. Poor workers for BAC that may themselves be facing eviction or unemployment.
-Good Luck.
