Alexey Milihov - CIT Finance Bank - Russia Looking to establish a US based office and open a US based Corporate Account for money transfers ripoff Perrine Florida
An email is circulating, grubbing off of job websites, offering a job to potential candidates. The origin of the email appears to be based in Moscow Russia. The email wishes to offer a job for as a CEO if you open a business office from your home office, register a tax ID, open a corporate bank account where you will begin to accept money transfers or deposits, take a 10% cut and wire the remaining money to an account in Russia.
I did some research and found that the business CIT Finance does exist in Russia and has made quite a reputation of its services in Europe as a leader in Finance and Investements. I emailed them the other day to inform them of the possibility of a person posing as a Personal Manager for their company attempting to open offices in the US under their guise. Luckily I received a response stating that they have no offices is the US and are not in any way affiliated with a Alexey Melihov.
I figure I report this email scam as what it is and a phisher to ripoff people of their identity. I dont know how to report this as a potential identity fraud but I believe it is. If anyone receives an email of a potential job offer with CIT FINANCE BANK be very careful as this is a bogus email, not affiliated with the true CIT Finance in Russia and a possible identity fraud.
