Alibaba Guangzhou Yongsheng Co., Ltd., a supplier listed there Fraudulent sale, but Alibaba's Complaint Procedure failed Guangzhou China
We are a small company based in London, England. I found a supplier on Alibaba who sold a lamp for a digital projector as 'New and Unused'. When the engineer came to fit it, it had clearly been used and had also been deliberately tampered with to disguise that fact (removing the chip that records hours of use).
I filed a complaint through Alibaba's process and supplier all the evidence one could reasonably supply. Their staff did nothing to help. I also contacted the supplier directly, who was rude.
I will never use Alibaba again and would recommend that this supplier is avoided http://www.alibaba.com/corporations/Guangzhou_Yongsheng_Co.%252C_Ltd.html
Alibaba also fails to provide functionality to allow consumers to 'rate and review' suppliers.
