My wife ordered a book from these people for my daughter's class at school on December 7. We received an email saying that the book was shipped on December 9 and would be at our home no later than December 17. I contacted customer service on December 16 after not receiving the book and received an automated response that I would get a response within 24 hours. They have not responded and we still have not received the book.
