I have been a member of the aliexpress online shopping site for around 7 years and this is my first bad experience. At 02:05 Dec. 14 2017 I won some boots on the site, which has a daily freebie game where you can apply for a freebie and if you are lucky you get to have the item you have chosen for free. So I won the boots and was told by the store that was supplying them, that they had made a mistake and they could not send the boots but could offer me a discount. After I refused the offer and said I believed they were legally obligated the honor the transaction I was told the store could offer me a $5 coupon, that was later increased to $10. I will passed a copy of the latest correspondence with the store below to give you an idea of what I have been dealing with. Hello Mr Lee. I won the boots fairly and I believe you are legally obligated to honor this transaction.

I find the fact that you sent me a piece of cardboard in the post, offensive and a waist of time. I have photographed the package you sent me and will keep it as evidence. Please complete the transaction as soon as possible, Size 42 boots Please I will not stop in my pursuit of Justus, If you fail to honor this transaction, I will endeavor to contact Mr Jack Ma personally. His answer, Dear, I have told you about my mistake. I am also very helpless, and now I have been punished by the platform, but I still hope to save my reputation. So I'll make a $10 compensation. This has now gone on for several months and all attempts to resolve this through customer serves has proven useless, Boot value is around $55, Please help
